2. APPLICATION REVIEW
Complete and return the admissions application so our clinical and medical team can determine if your loved one is approved for our program.

3. VERIFY INSURANCE

If you have private health insurance our admissions team can complete a verification of benefits to determine if your insurance plan can help with the cost of the program.

4. APPROVAL

Within 24 hours our admissions team will notify you as to whether your loved one has been accepted to our program.

5. INSURANCE AND
FINANCIAL PAPERWORK

Our admissions team will guide you through every step of the process to prepare for your loved one’s admission to our program from admissions paperwork to what to pack.

6. CONFIRM ENROLLMENT DATE

Confirm your enrollment date and schedule transport.
